In order to package loose materials into elegant products for shelf display, a complete packaging line is essential. A vertical bagger and multihead weigher are both required, as is auxiliary equipment like a packaging line feeder, support platform, finished package conveyor and printer.     2. Packaging Line FeederThe screw feeder conveys the materials to the weigher, resulting in an automatic feeding process and increased working efficiency. It is ideal for moving a variety of powder and granular materials.
    2. Support PlatformThe support platform provides support and access for the computer multihead weigher and is designed to match the packaging machines and related equipment. It is an important part of the auto ration packaging line.
    2. Finished Package ConveyorThe finished package conveyor is a belt conveyor used to transfer finished packages to the weight checker or support platform.

    2. Weight CheckerThe weight checker is used to determine if a product meets the target weight, weigh materials, counts packs, and automatically rejects unqualified products. Users should choose the right weight checker according to the weighing range.
    2. Metal DetectorThe metal detector selects or eliminates different metal contaminates by relying on the different responses of metal objects to the magnetic field.
    2. Rotary Pack Off TableThe rotary pack off table is entirely fabricated using stainless steel for gathering the finished pouch food, such as potato chips, peanuts, candy, dried fruits and other granular or square products for the subsequent packaging operations.
    2. Ribbon PrinterThe ribbon printer utilizes heat printing for a clear printing result. Controlled using PLC technology, this printer heats quickly. It is also easy to adjust the heating position, and the ribbon printer runs synchronously with other packaging machines to ensure a high efficiency printing.
    2. Thermal Transfer PrinterThermal transfer printer is able to register text, patterns, QR codes and bar code. Mingke Pack offers 32mm and 53mm printheads for customers to choose from.
    2. Ink PrinterThe ink printer is used for matching the vertical form fill seal packaging machines. With the use of a distinct sliding printhead, the printer ensures a clear printing result. The ink roller is easy to pull out for a quickly replacement when ink runs out.
