You are welcome to contact us via chat tools or emails if you have any problems in operating the machines, and our professional engineers will check and reply in a timely manner.

Off-line service: if necessary, Mingke pack can arrange engineers to your factory for installation, debugging and training.
Most of our accessories are provided with 1 year warranty and free-change service within the warranty. If it is beyond the warranty, the paid replacement is offered.

All the spare parts of Mingke pack are changeable, just tell us the machine model and required spare parts.
